This Privacy Policy explains how ACTVPASS (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use our Platform.

2.2 Subscription, booking, and transaction data
Subscription status (active/cancelled), renewal dates, and plan events
Credits issued, used, rolled over, and expiry dates
Booking history (Studio, class type, time/date)
Payment status (successful/failed) and transaction references/receipts
We do not store card details. Payments are processed by Kashier.
2.3 Device and usage data
We may collect technical and usage data necessary for app performance and security, such as device information, logs, and in-app interaction events.
(If we later add additional data such as date of birth, precise location, photos, or health information, this policy will be updated before collection.)
3) How We Use Your Data
We use personal data to:
Create and manage your account
Provide subscription services, issue Credits, and enable bookings
Process payments and prevent fraud
Send service communications (confirmations, reminders, policy/feature updates)
Provide customer support and resolve disputes
Improve the Platform (performance, safety, user experience)
Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests
4) How We Share Your Data
We may share data with:
Studios to confirm bookings and allow check-in (typically name and booking status/details).
Payment processors and banking partners to process payments and manage fraud/security.
Service providers (hosting, analytics, messaging, support tools) under confidentiality and security obligations.
Legal/compliance parties if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Business transfers (merger/acquisition/asset sale) subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell your personal data.
5) Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as needed to operate your account and provide services, and as required for legal, accounting, dispute resolution, and enforcement purposes. Because Credits expire one year from issuance, we typically retain relevant records at least long enough to support that lifecycle, and longer where legally required.
6) Security
We implement reasonable safeguards to protect personal data. No system is 100% secure; you are responsible for keeping your account secure and notifying us of suspicious activity.
7) Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

8) Users Under 18
ACTVPASS allows users under 18 with parent/guardian permission and supervision. At this stage we only collect basic account data (name, email, phone). If we learn we collected data in a way that violates applicable requirements for minors, we will take steps to delete or remediate it.
9) International Transfers
Depending on our vendors, data may be stored or processed in Egypt and/or other countries. Where cross-border processing occurs, we apply reasonable safeguards consistent with applicable law.
10) Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you via the Platform and/or email and update the “Last updated” date.
